Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely terrible service. I waited over a half hour in the drive through for my order with only 2 cars in front of me when I arrived. It was supposed to be all Canadian special ALL BACON. Ended up with broken eggs and all sausage. The sausages are so burnt they aren't edible. The quality of the entire meal is just unacceptable.
Looked right through me and served the next person behind me. Won't be going there anytime soon and won't be recommending anyone to go there.
Very disappointing stop at A&W last night at approximately 9:15pm. We were asked to pull over and wait for 6 minutes for my decaf coffee. After 17 minutes someone finally came out with our order. She apologized and said they gave us an extra sweet potato fries for our inconvenience. When we got home to sit down and enjoy our meal, we realized they didn't give us the 3 chicken strips and my coffee was the wrong size! And it was the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. I had to dump it out it was so gross! They obviously gave our order to the wrong person and then just threw things together hoping it was right. I paid $26 for this order and only got $16 worth!! What's even more frustrating is that there was no receipt with the order, it was given to another customer. Really poor service and even though they tried to make it right, it still wasn't enough. Still short of food and money!
I'm on a strict diet, no cheese, red meat or wheat because of recently diagnosed MS . But the team at A&W came through.
Great food and service, but once I made it through the burger, I started to feel sick, don't know what caused it, but I felt sick after eating it.
