Mcdonald's - Grand Terrace

Karina at the Grand Terrace location had excellent customer service. Our food was hot and served quickly. She even came to check on us to see if we needed anything. Even though this is a fast food establishment, she took the time to make sure our experience was great. Thank you again, Karina.

The associates treat you really good. Love going there. And who doesn't like Mc Donald's food.

AS AN EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION, THE WORK ENVIOREMENT IS HORRIBLE! THE STORE MANAGER DOESN'T DO HER JOB. NO MATTER HOW MANY HARRASMENT REPORTS ARE FILED SHE COMPLETELY IGNORES THEM. ONE WORD OF ADVICE DON'T EAT HERE ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHTS. THE NIGHT CREW IN THE KITCHEN ARE VERY DIRTY. YOUR FOOD WILL TASTE OLD BECAUSE IT IS. NIGHT SHIFT ON WEEKENDS COOKS A BUNCH OF FOOD REAL EARLY SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING AT NIGHT. THE NIGHT SHIFT MANAGERS ON WEEKENDS DON'T DO ANYTHING. THERE IS NO LEADERSHIP IN THE EVENING SHIFTS.

Numerous times around 6:45 am i have order a Mocha Frapp thru the McDonald's app upon arrival, the machine has not been clean out, today was one of those days, so upsetting.
