Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

This place has always been one of my favorites and genuinely reminds me of what I feel like steak 'n shake used to taste like when I was a kid and they were actually diner style and not such fast food oriented like they are now. Grant customer service and an extra lovely staff. Decent prices.

The guy that took our order was nice til google Pay didn't work, and I had to go get my wallet from home. When we came back, our order was out within 2 minutes the guy that handed us our food like literally forcefully shoved the bag at us and when we asked for extra ranch you would swear we were asking for a million dollars. Now, mind you, we live less than 5 minutes away. There should be no reason if our food was fresh that it would be cold. I was not about to call and complain, cause 9/10 they don't care, and I'm not wasting another 7 minutes to drive back to have the same service.

Great burgers and fries...both better than Culver's in my opinion!

Sat in drive thru for 9 min 45 sec waiting on my food, not to mention sitting behind the person in front of me added another 5 min 22 sec!!! Total time 15 min!!!! That just wrong, then when my order was ready and the food was brought over to the window and instead of the guy giving my order to me, he had the person at the ordering speaker place their order 1st, so the my food sat once again!!!!I will NEVER go back! Should have went to Culver's!!!! Next time I will!!!#youhadyourchanceFreddies!!!!

Came in today around 5 , we were the only ones when we first got there and then a group of older people came in .Food was made promptly all while the gentleman cooking was coughing mouth uncovered the entire time and maybe he has something like copd but a mask or someone else stepping in would have been precieved better. Sat down with our food and there was hair cooked into my patty plus sticking out ! Thank God I noticed before my first bite . I immediately brought it to the counter the woman on the register was kind , apologetic and very helpful. While the Manager who came out pushed a button on the register and walked back with not even a nod of recognition to let the coughing man eat the onion rings we decided not to get ,while still making food .Maybe ask yourself your reaction if you walked into another establishment and seen this and were met with this .
