TGI FRIDAYS - Grand Rapids (Walker)

They suck bad!!!! We didn't get our table right n they serve somebody else to us my steak was raw with blood in my food n then I get my food back and they left the old ribs on the plate then he try to rush us out the door just after I got my food. I didn't not leave a tip be of them not knowing what there doing.

While the ribs were subpar, the overall dining experience was fantastic.

The food was amazing as usual and the staff were very friendly. The service was top-notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant!

We waited for more than two hours for our food. Unbelievable.

They are bad! we did not get our table right, as they serve us someone else, my steak was raw with blood in my food, then I got my food back and they left the old ribs on the teller, then he tried to push us out of the door, shortly after I got my food. I didn't let a tip of those who don't know what it is.
