Starbucks - Grand Rapids

I ordered my birthday drink, had anything I wanted and it was soooo good.

Horrible service, rude employee, and if I’m there the next time my wife gets treated the way she did today by the guy with green hair it will not end well for him, 1 star is still too high of a rating, nobody should leave Starbucks in tears because of the staff, you’re in a hospital setting a hole, treat people better!!!

This Starbucks is good. Doesn't seem as creamy as some of the others but when I have to go to the Dr I always stop on the way out. Really busy here, it's good to order ahead.

The staff are so friendly and give great food and beverage recommendations. All with a smile too!

Jude was amazing super helpful and really good at her job! I'll come again in the hopes if seeing them!
