I have been to this lovely restaurant twice now and loved it each time. My favorite dish was the crispy brussel sprouts and the whipped feta. They seem like simple things but my goodness they were good. So packed with flavor! We also sat in the way back in the indoor/outdoor area under the leafy veranda. We were a party of 5 here for the weekend. Our server was Bailey M, and she was so so great! The overall meal and experience was wonderful, I'd recommend this place. 3 of us gat the Wagyu, 1 had Salmon and I had milk braised pork. Food was mostly good. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Butcher's Union is on the list for top 100 restaurants in the USA. It was a great night full of fun lively atmosphere and great food. There was a long wait, about 1.5 to 2 hours at peak dinner times, but this was to be expected. It is not far from the Riverwalk, so after putting your name on the wait list you can find some nice places in the area. They do not accept reservations. The patio is really lovely in nice weather, very colorful with beautiful flowers. The lighting is dimly lit inside and gives it a very cozy feel. The selection of drinks is extremely large, an option for every kind of person. Our server Sarah was great, very friendly and spent time asking and genuinely caring about our day. Parking: Not sure if there is a party garage around. We luckily found street parking.
