Burger King - Grand Rapids

? Was not good. Didn't finish. Only ate some because I was starving

Great location , Great customer service and Food is always correct and hot! Apprectiate the great service!!

They lost our tickets. Served several who came in after us. All I got was excuses, I just got here or I'm not the manager. When the manager finally showed up, there was no apology given. He said it was Friday and they were busy. There was only 7 people in the lobby and about 6-7 cars in drive through. He had around 8 people working at the time also. He offered fries for what they did and still no apology. Took the fries and left. That guy should not be a manager with his horrible customer skills. Worst experience there I've ever had. This happened around 7 pm, on Friday the 6th of October 2023.

It is what it is...no matter what part of the country the burger king is in, pretty much the same aesthetics menu just like most franchises...this one does stand out for its cleanliness, swiftness customer service...just sayin' ? ..~sct•?Kid-friendliness: Nice play area always neat clean for the little ones, plus it is directly across the street from the courthouse, so problems are not only few far between...but if any arise, they are dealt with immediately being as the police station is merely a block away....a comfortable welcoming atmosphere...always..!? ..~sct•?

I got 2 chicken sandwich tast like fish was so gross if I wanted fish I would have got fish I spend $8 some people do not like fish so you shouldn't cook them next to each other And some people are allergic to fish so that's Is a law suit waiting to happen. And the fries were cold and had no salt on them at all worst food ever do better. And if you like chicken don't get it there it's way to gross and don't taste like chicken at all you are better off spending your money some place else
