The service was great, the food not so much. The gravy was way over-salted, my medium egg was not cooked enough, and the cinna-biscuits we're not very soft. Coffee was good, though.

I ordered the Hot Thanksgiving meal to go since my oven broke. Ordering was easy and was able to do it ahead of time. Door dash delivered on time and all the food was packed nicely in a box. Came with all the typical Thanksgiving sides and meat. It was agood amount of food. All the food was very good, cooked well and packaged nicely. Super thankful for them saving my holiday!

Food was great. Service was top notch given the obvious shortage of staff, the wait staff was moving in double time to get everyone served. Only real downside was atmosphere. They have a variety of takeout products which could be perused by waitingcustomers, but are instead relegated to dead space for checkout. Other than feeling squeezed in , I would rate it very high on the breakfast scale. Kids make messes. This is just life. But for five stars you gotta get the pancakes and scrambled eggsoff the floor before you try and seat another customer at that table. It 's just good manners.

My husband and I just dined in and we sat in Shays section. The service was good considering how busy they were at the time, but we overheard a lady how disgusting the strawberries were and the manager stated that she would take them off the bill but thecustomer was extremely rude to her and told her to ?grow some balls and take them off the menu? my husband ordered thestrawberry pancakes so we were a little concerned but when we got our food the looked and tasted just fine not a singlecomplaint. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us and our dine in needs. We had a great experience!

If I can give this place a true 0 I would. When I walked in. A cigarette sitting on the floor by the hostess stand used nasty squished cigarette. Once I told the hostess she bushed it off like no big deal and Ignored my kid when she asked a question.Next issue I ordered oatmeal and fresh Fruit saying I?d prefer blueberries and strawberries. What I got was definitely not freshand the oatmeal tasted (as it was plain) like it was made 3days ago with crust and clearly not fresh. Upon talking to themanager she said the strawberry were not coming in looking good as they are ?out of season? and I say okay than why serve it. Take it off the menu and she says. I don?t have any control over that. Like not serving something that is clearly not fresh isnot something you have control over. Grow up!
