Big Shawn’s Cheesesteaks

I placed an online order at 4:15 p.m. and arrived at 4:30 p.m. as indicated on the online forms. Despite the open led signs being on, all doors were locked and there was no one inside. I attempted to call the phone number multiple times with no response. It is now 5:30 p.m. and the website still indicates that my order is being processed. The door decals and hours posted online indicated that they were open, but it was evident that they were not. Despite this, my card was still charged. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.

My friend and I were going to try this place for lunch since the hours on the door and online said open at 11am. We went at almost noon and the doors were locked and it was dark inside can't try it when hours posted aren't when open.

Hi Shawn, your Google photos and videos are amazing. I tried to visit your restaurant last night at 9, but it was closed even though Google, your website, and your door said you were open until 10. No big deal. I returned for lunch today at 12:30, and the female employee working there rolled her eyes when I walked in. A man in front of me ordered two cheesesteaks, and the woman placed his order on a cold skillet. I was very disappointed with the general atmosphere and vibe, so much so that I decided to leave without eating. I was really looking forward to trying your Big Shawn cheesesteak, but I couldn't eat after such a negative experience. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I've been dreaming about how good your food looks. I hope this was just a one-time issue with the service and I wish you all the best. Love you buddy. The food at this restaurant is truly outstanding. Their egg rolls are a must-try and are made to perfection.

2nd time I have been to this place and unfortunately both times have been awful the lady that works there is so rude and her customer service is horrible.First time I went I ordered loaded fries and the fries were cold and burnt.This time they were out of chicken, tomatoes, chili, and so forth.I am all for supporting local businesses, but if you are wanting this business to grow it’s a MUST to hire some new improved help or someone that can at least pretend to be friendly and helpful.
