Subway - Grand Prairie

Very disappointed. Alba grabbed the sandwich, where it could not close at all, was literally falling out, not even able to be within the bread. She threw everything on bread without proportional measurement. You couldn't have picked it up and eat it without falling out all the ingredients on the paper she even got an attitude when I told her we couldn't eat it like that. This lady had made my sandwich before and made it right so I don't know why she did. This would be the fourth. Sometimes I came here and the service was bad so I can't get here anymore. I wish I could give it zero stars. The service used to be better than this. I feel that she treated me terrible as a customer so that I won't spend my money here again.

The employee here was friendly and helpful. I hope I wrote her name correctly, YuliShe was attentive and understood what I wanted and went to explain and help the extra mile.

I visited this subway on 01/10/2022, at 5 pm. The location was very clean, there was no other customer when I arrived, the server was very friendly, and he prepared my soup sufficient, and he also prepared one of the best sandwiches I ever had on any subway. Stop the good work. Will definitely visit again.

Very poor service, and my daughter saw one of the girls pouring liqueur in a cup and drinking. Come on, guys, get it in the subway.

Food was good. I actually went through the drive thru and was there no lie about 20mins no cars in front of me, and no one inside when I pulled up. I asked the worker was she the only one working as in the whole place and she said no just drive thru. I couldn't believe it.
