Employees seem so upset and unhappy, from pulling up to the drive thru speaker to the window. Lady today, Kim H., at the window clearly needs lesson in customer service, barely reached for my card or when handing me my items I almost had to reach half my body into the drive through window. Also, waited over 15/20 mins for 2 items, a 20 oz. a bowl as cars behind me were served with the quickness. Rude staff and service. Only because my son wanting a bowl did I support this location today. Never Again.
Terrible customer service it's was 2 of us the cashier only took one order and didn't even let me talk we left we didn't got our money back!

Edgar was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly, and even gave me a free smoothie. I Definitely recommend him and Smoothie King!
