Mcdonald's - Grand Prairie

The restaurant has plenty of handicapped accessible parking space, including room for a ramp van. We were grateful after trying three other places where we couldn't get in due to lack of parking. Thank you.

The General Manager took good care of me, even though I may have been a bit annoying. The customer service was excellent. The food was fresh and served hot!

The fries were fresh and perfectly salted. The staff was friendly and nice, and it only took three minutes to receive the food. Overall, the service was excellent.

Allow me to take a moment of my time to express my fantastic experience at this particular location, one which was exemplary and head and shoulders above all other fast food restaurants which I’ve visited over the last 30 days. The Person who waited on me appeared to be a manager; she gave me great service and on top of that was friendly as well! I visit a lot of fast food joints, so my expectations service-wise are generally pretty low; it is very rare occurrence to be provided with the opportunity to speak with an employee who is actually friendly. When I told the employee at the window that it was a delivery, she brought the manager to me and the manager easily agreed to seal all the packages for me. The staff was patient with me when I asked for them to repeat my large order, and I could not have asked for a better experience at any restaurant! This manager and some of her subordinate staff make McDonald’s look really good. I highly recommend visiting this location.

It's 5 o'clock they don't have breakfast items. tf are you all in box braids and ticktock? 2 say the least .irked!
