Little Caesars - Grand Blanc

I destroyed two PIZZAS and them. It was just a single man. Then I hunted up and blown to the MANAGER, and he managed to tell me that he beat the PORTALEN so that we shoot the OR PIZZA another time. That's all the WORST LITTLE does. Not God.

Came in at 6:45 to get ONE hot and ready pizza and breadsticks. Was informed by the rude cashier that it would be at least 20 minutes and that they had to make it. I asked if they had anything hot and ready and she said again rudely ?no we have to make it.? I informed her that it defeats the purpose of advertising hot and ready if you don?t actually have anything hot and ready. Take your business elsewhere.

I can not even express in words how upsetting the experience was here. I went to this location thinking the quality of food would be better. I want to say that there was clearly an issue where the lady was being rude and unprofessional to only two of us in this place and was helping everyone else. I will be contacting Corperate when I can get ahold of them. The one lady have been waiting for over an hour and when asked about her order she was ignored and went on to helping others. The lady addressed her so she clearly heard her. I wanted to two hot and ready and was waiting with my infant. She said it would be 20 minutes I said OK and she wouldn't let me pay and moved on to someone else. 10 minutes later another lady came in and she allowed her to pay. Then she walked out with the two hot ready I ordered. I understand it was busy but what I don't understand is why the customer service is almost none existent and why others are being treated differently. Never would I treat anyone in the manner in which this individual did.

Never coming back. Insisted I never placed the online order and then proceeded to find it, then waited another half hour, only to get it wrong. No apology. When I got home they intentionally hacked up thembread side of the one pie, all different sizes, looks.likenit was revenge for my repeated asking for my order. Wings were little more than seasoned bones. The owner needs to shut it down or clean house. 13 year olds have less attitude than these employees.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and bread. Plus the guy making the bread was touching prepared bread without gloves after touching his hat, phone, and everything else. Most disorganized pizza place I have ever walked into. I am new to the area and I promise I will not be a repeat customer at this location
