Scarlet cafe - Grand

Central place with terrace, good caffe latte, but the food for breakfast was a sad joke, the avocado toast. the service was fast.

Back again in Tirgu Mures and we made our way to Scarlet once again. Being Spring there were not so many tables out in the open, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was good; unfortunately, my latte was a little cool so...I'll go back again and see if there's an improvement. But the seats are really comfortable and there are places to hide away and read, whilst people watching through the outside glass windows. A great place for a coffee.

I was in Scarlet a few days ago. The food it was good, drinks very good. The service it was nice. I will come with friends again.

In the city center. Cozy place with amazing drinks. Good food and good service. Live music during the summer.

I was with my girlfriend on 26th of December evening. When I asked for the bill unless he came after 25 minutes, he did not even ask how we want to pay with his cash or card. When I told the waitress the barman, who...said he was a manager, he told me that if we wanted to go somewhere else and if I could do better for them. But it is clear that I could give them lessons that I have been working for 10 years as a waiter, and in fact if the celebration can hire more people. A manager does not send people elsewhere and if he does not know how to resign. Clients do not care if they are a little staff, they can hire people.
