Pizza Hut - Granby

We ordered for the first time about a month ago, our pizza arrived about 1 hour after the requested time. For this first delivery, we placed the order using my partner's contact details.Today, I made an account in my name to accumulate points, I ordered a total of $41 worth of pizza to be delivered to my home (we haven't moved since the first order) and they called me back to tell me that I live outside the delivery zone (despite the fact that it charges $5 delivery fees) and that I live 30 minutes from the restaurant in question, which is false, because we are exactly 16 minutes away according to Google map. In short, I do not recommend this place.

I was at the opening of the restaurant, so it allowed me to get my order first. I read a lot of comments about how slow delivery is, but I did not experience any of that since I got it for a pick up. Be aware, you CANNOT EAT INSIDE, this is a pick up or delivery restaurant ONLY.I must say, the menu on the wall has no price, just a menu with all you can order. That was really weird for me, I never saw something like that.I already knew what I wanted and went with the ' 'daily special pizza ' '. I asked extra tomato sauce (no extra charge on the price for that) and I did right, because I feel that the normal amount makes the pizza so dry. The pizza itself wasn 't bad, it was OK. I had better pizza, napoletan style, but also more expensive. I would recommand to people only for the ' 'daily special ' ', not worth to pay 20$ for regular price.
