Rented mountain bikes and rode their trails while in the area. Beautiful location! We didn’t stay on premises but wished we did. The bike shop rental staff was awesome.Nearby activities: Great mountain biking trails.

The location is beautiful. So much to do for a family. Beautiful spot for a wedding. Nearby granby and Fraser are both very cute towns.The rooms. I guess could best be described as “could be worse”Bed was comfortable. That’s about it for positives. Carpet was stank. Fixtures and furniture all extremely outdated and in poor condition.

Activity list was amazing until having to reserve. Activities and pool do not accommodate the number of guests here. Basically sat in our non a/c rooms with nothing to do because everything was already overrunRooms: 1/5

Beautiful place. Cabins are basic, no frills. Has toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, hand towels all come with the cabin. They have dishwashers, microwaves and full size fridge (ours was arctic cold and 4 ice trays). Furm beds. Many of the things require basic maintenance (loose hinges and such) and anything broken gets replaced/fixed promptly. Bedroom screen had a hole in it but all if the other screens were well maintained. Has wifi but bandwidth will not be as fast as home though still able to browse fine and stream a movie.Lower cabins have lots of privacy (not sure about the higher ones). Views are fantastic.Being rain ponchos for summer showers. Bring or rent bikes. Bring hiking boots.Overall I highly recommend SMR.

Stayed here over spring break and was overall satisfied. Highs are the incredible views of the surrounding mountains and of the sky if you’re into stargazing. Another is the activity center with a basketball and a volleyball court along with a roller skating rink. Lows would be lack of clearing walkways from parking lots to facilities although I know that’s hard in the winter.Nearby activities: Very close to winter park ski resort for very large groups
