Starbucks - Granby

I went in 6:09 am . My sever Andy was absolutely amazing. He made sure that my order was correct And he always has these beautiful stickers and always had a friendly and wonderful morning attitude . He always brightens up my day. I just hope they get more people like that .

Politely ordered a drink and the young long haired woman with the glasses said, alrighty in a snotty tone. sorry to bug ya for doing your

For a Starbucks they seem very unfriendly. I always engage and smile and say please and thank you. They however today weren't up to normal Starbucks standards.

Staff unfriendly and lacking good customer service.

Terrible costumer service??? Messed up my order then when asked to get it fixed reluctantly did threw change in my hand?? Was too busy laughing to take my order in the first place Katrina
