Santa Casta - Granada

Horrible what a disappointment !! Who ever the owner is of this place please please take note : we ate the first night next door amazing food friendly kind family so as we so we made plans to return to your restaurant sadly it was horrific with the server that was present at the door . We said hello and he was so mean shouted at us where to sit and said I DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! Not a problem we are happy to try and speak some Spanish out first time to Spain from Canada. We ordered in Spanish our drinks then he refused to take our.order for food we had pointed to the Menu items we wished to order . He again shouted at us saying no English and walked away !! This is no way to treat anyone from any country or color or race or language. I truly hope that no one ever goes through this kind of rudeness in there life time !!!

Horrific experience This restaurant may be good but we didn’t have time to enjoy it 38 degrees Celsius we took the air conditioned inside option Finishing our drinks ready to order one of the attendants a lady with quite a despondent attitude told us that the restaurant room was fully booked for a birthday party of 30. She said we had to go out on the terrace Nicely said and respectfully everything would be ok but it was not the case Furthermore in times of COVID how can you expect 30 pax to socialize without any risk at close quarter particularly when no particular sanitary measures are taken there. Restaurants next door are probably as good though more traditional.

Great little restaurant. Friendly staff. Made adjustments to their daily tapas for my gluten free requirements. Great GF beer as well.
