Worst experience ever while we enjoyed the food we went to play pool and the employees got a call from a call in customer call to let them know that the order was wrong the manager went to correct the mistake but the other employee that started the call started cussing and calling the customer cuss words. Will never return back to this place. Disrespectful and rude is all they are here.

The best onion rings I've ever had. Chips and salsa were awesome. Patty melt was incredible also.

Horrible experience my family nor I will ever be returning. Ordered a burger with meat, cheese, bacon, ham, and chilli, and the server repeated to me “so no veggies?” I responded with correct just the meats and cheese only. The burger came out with mustard. I kindly asked for them to correct the order. About 3 minutes later the burger comes back with the bottom patty burned with it still covered in mustard. Instead of them remaking the burger they decided to just sear the bottom patty and put on a new bottom bun. The place was empty, my wife and sister and I were the only ones dining in at the time and they had a Togo order customer there waiting on their meal. So there was definitely staff and time to just remake the burger. I had them take the burger back and decided to just not have my meal and have the server take back the whole plate. Server took the burger back and the staff in the kitchen were just trash talking the entire time(they were doing this even before the food came out because we asked for extra sauces which we paid for. Horrible experience and poor display of customer service and management.
