Water Street Brewery - Grafton

This is a cool looking brewery, but with very underwhelming food. We ordered the chicken fried chicken, as did another person in our group. It had way too much thick breading. You could beat someone with it. VERY DRY. Macaroni and cheese came out cold and bland. Zero flavor.

As a delivery driver, I am in and out of LOTS of local restaurants. Water Street Brewery ranks way up at the top of my list! Very friendly, funloving atmosphere. Very attentive, helpful staff; especially Jess, Hailey, and Ashley. Every time I stop in to pick up an order, I am asked several times “Has anyone helped you yet?” Orders are always timely and accurate. I’ve even had staffers go the extra mile for me to ensure the order is correct. I always look forward to orders from WSB!

The Sun in my eyes rained on my parade. I was at a table with my family just before 6:00pm. We ordered our food and was served an appetizer. 1 minute after that, the sun came powering down over 1/2 our table. Blinded me. I complained and was told they know about the problem but are not going to cover the skylight. What upset me was the fact that many tables were open and we were not offered to move to one of them. Our server was nice but took no initiative to refill drinks or bring more water. Food was only alright. The worst part is getting my French Onion soup with my main. I really would not recommend the restaurant to anyone. Very expensive for barely passable food and service.

The manager went out of her way to get us the Eurocup finals on one of their TVs. Very kind. Food was great. Really good service

Stopped in for dinner tonight. We really enjoyed the beers, and the atmosphere was awesome. I had the reuban sandwich with a side of pub mac. The boys shared a cheese pizza, and my wife had the pearch dinner. The food was all great. The only cratique would be to make the pub mac more cheesy, and maybe add some truffle oil. The staff was prompt and polite. Very family friendly.
