10/7/2023 male employee working the register at 2 pm was lifting his shirt up to fan himself, complaining about the heat, threw marker at another line employee, swearing. Unprofessional and made me and my husband feel uncomfortable. Once our wraps were finished we brought them outside to eat and they immediately fell apart. Will not be returning and recommend to management to evaluate their staff

Visited there 9/27/23 at 3:30pm. one male employee was tired of the phones ringing, so he took all the phones and literally put them in a drawer and announced to the customers in line “I’m tired of the phones ringing, I’m not answering them”. same employee told me and other customers “this place is falling apart, our microwave just started smoking” one customer asked for his money back due to the wait. Once the customer left, the same male employee started shouting about the customer and then proceeded to loudly curse about him as he walked in the back. then the same employee noticed water was leaking behind a serving counter, and continues to complain loudly and yelled out “they don’t pay me enough” as he threw towels on the wet ground while he watched other employees clean it up. I had my family there with my young son. What a cringe worthy experience. Once my food was bagged and handed over i recommended to him to stop complaining in front of customers like this, and mentioned how I’m glad I’m not the owner knowing the phones ringing for orders was placed in drawers to ignore them. We were the last ones inside, and the last car to leave a now empty parking lot at that time. What a miserable experience.

The food is priced well and has decent portions. We purchased a fish and chips, and it took about 10 minutes to get to us. It stayed warm, and the fish was crispy on the outside and flaky inside. We also purchased eggplant roll ups, green beans,and stuffed shells, which we took home cold to heat up later. Parking is an issue during a busy time and there was only one person taking orders, which is concerning when you have yound toddler children with you who don't like to wait.

Fabulous variety in a simple setting. Indoor and outdoor seating. Delivery is available. Wish I lived closer!
