Rollickin Gelato (cashel St)

This ice cream shop is very cozy and inviting, with a slightly higher price point for their delicious ice cream. I've tried most of the items on their winter menu and they are all excellent. However, they are also quite sweet, so if you're not a huge fan of overly sweet treats, I suggest sharing with someone else.

This restaurant is currently very popular and trendy among tourists and locals. The ice cream is decent, but not the best in the city. The waffles are not homemade, as they are imported from Australia, which affects the taste. There is also an excessive amount of sugar in the ice cream, which is unnecessary. However, there is a great selection of traditional and dairy-free options available for everyone. The staff is very helpful and happy to offer advice on various options. The restaurant is cozy with a nice atmosphere and plenty of seating inside and outside.

I’ve come here so many times and every time is just as good! I’ve always had amazing customer service at this location, even when i have been a bit hōhā to deal with I appreciate their patience with my questions lol. The gelato’s are amazing and It’s also good to try their new creations! They have the best hot desserts too! Gerry brownie has to be the best.

Always an excellent coffee and treat place. Not the cheapest but well worth it. Certainly one of our favorite weekend places in Christchurch
