Pont Min - Gourin

The pancakes are certainly correct but without more. difficult to make the difference between those of black wheat (or sarrazin) which are gustatively identical to those of wheat. problem in the dosing of flour? lack of cooking? lack of seasoning? There are points to improve. We had a gift "at the restaurant life has taste" of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and professional organizations of restoration that has been denied us. commercially, it's not great!

Finding where to eat a Monday of gourin peaches is really impossible! So when we leave the city to search elsewhere, we accidentally fall on this crêpery that does not give in the seer. interior and decoration too. fortunately the most interesting is in the plate. It's more than honesty and the quality value is good here. a good center crêperie totally breaches the competition on the side : namely everything in the decoration and nothing good in the plate ! a good address to try again when I come back to gourin in the month of August.

Very average for this crêperie or there is despite all a lot of people (can be restaurant in the surroundings)Sarrazin swab: the dough is ultra fine and really lacks flavor the garniture is any, the sausage (chipolata) is not even grilled! no enhancement of dishes no salad no deco.....Crêpe sugar sche and too salted service long no contact with the staff Cider farmer not to our taste, we prefer the kerné craft cider, damage we wanted to try something else.

I didn't know that crêperie because I haven't been to the area for a good time. I accompanied people who knew and I congratulated them. I haven't eaten such good pancakes for a long time (the ones found in the coastal cities have nothing to see). They remind me of those of my childhood in the family....I always prefer wheat pancakes (preferably couples) but I had to taste a buckwheat pan that was very good, cooked according to our desire: cras or molle! and wheat pancakes were excellent. Everything was so good that we went back there a second time before leaving! no disappointment on the contrary. We also enjoyed an excellent Breton cider. And of course, after having placed an order in advance, we imported a reserve of pancakes. I advise this crêperie a lot.

A large room in the bottom of the gourin, decors not flichon, nice service although a little overwhelmed by the affluence. unsurprising galettes, a little soft.Globally the average, without mention.
