I have long wanted to eat at Natur and looked forward to it. Was there yesterday and ate their 3-course set menu. The waiter was consistently forced and unpleasant. He got very irritated and snorty when we didn't want the bottle of wine he opened for us, even though he ignored what we asked for, brought out a completely different taste character and quickly opened the bottle without us saying it's ok. When we finally got a wine that was exactly what we asked for, he charged SEK 200 per glass for it on the bill without telling us that the wine cost that much when served. And then we had asked for bottles in a cheaper price range, which should make the service understand that you cannot afford wine by the glass for SEK 200. In addition, we had to pay SEK 100 for regular table water, at a fine dining restaurant. Never experienced this in Sweden. We felt cheated when the bill arrived. I have to be honest and say that we went with a baby and I guess that’s not the kind of restaurant you take babies to but my husband told the waiter promptly that he would go out if our baby showed any signs that he’d cry. And our baby slept half the time, and when he was fussy my husband went outside so we didn’t bother anyone at all. BUT we felt so uncomfortable there. At first they welcomed us and gave us a good table, but as the evening went on, it felt more and more as we were not wanted there. The food was really good and the place is very cozy, but we got the hint: do not go there with a baby. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
