Hamnkrogen - Gothenburg

Hamnkrogen is located in the amusement park “Liseberg” near Korsvägen in Gothenburg. It's one of the best Christmas dinners I've tried (at the price of food). There is an extensive list of Christmas beers and “Snaps”. The buffet is impressively large with fresh seafood (crame, shellfish, saltwater and Solomon). An area for improvement is the offer of mosquito meat that has been carried out in recent years.

This was our first Julbord. Fantastic food selection in a nice atmosphere. Rather expensive but worth it. A really special experience.

Ate they Christmas buffet. It was sublime with a heavy fish presence. Great service for the drinks and the most cozy atmosphere. Recommend the ribs and herring.

Very tasty JULBORD, but I must say, quite busy without Social Distancing and there was no requirement to wear a mask when queuing and taking food from the buffet. Thank God the Covid-19 situation in Sweden is under control. Foodwise l really enjoyed the fish (both cold and hot) and the desserts were wonderful!
