Starbucks - Goshen

The girls serve very slowly to give me two refreshing drachenfruit mangos, it took more than 25 minutes, some people came after me and took their order a long time before me. if they wait for several people to order, take them too long.

They were out of coconut milk and oat milk so I tried my pink drink with soy milk and it tastes like cough syrup …

Service was terrible! 3 staff behind the counter. One staff member just leaned on the counter and was just looking around. I think she was training, but she made no attempt to watch the other girl making the drinks. She just looked out over the line of people's heads and stared into space looking bored. The 2nd girl also seemed newish but at least she was trying to learn how to make the drinks. The other girl was taking orders and then filling them. However she got the woman's order ahead of me wrong 2 times and mine was wrong also. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks and only one person was ahead of us and she only ordered 2 drinks. Service at this Starbucks is usually less than stellar, but today was definitely the worst visit yet. I will not go back to this one again.

Fast lines and amazing drinkssssssss. I also love the spunk some employees have !

They gave me a Venti iced caramel macchiato with whip cream and put the frappe lid on it knowing they don’t have any straws. So basically I got a drink that I can’t even drink because I don’t have a straw for it or anything to scoop the whip cream out with in my car. Like why would you give me that lid knowing you don’t have any straws? Or the least you could do was scooping up with cream off so that I could fit the other lid on
