It was a quick start and exit. eating was ok, nothing special. the service was decent. many children walk around here. was kind of weird. food: 4/5

We love the pizza for our family pizza and film night on Friday! food: 5/5

They have messed up my order. they called them and they said they would regain it. went and took the restored food and came home and it was still wrong.

We ordered a pizza, wings, and pepperoni jalapeño rolls. Our order was 20 minutes late, we received popcorn chicken instead of wings, and jalapeño poppers instead of the pepperoni jalapeño rolls. We called three times and were hung up on twice before we managed to get someone to speak with us. They offered to remake our wrong items, but they had no driver available, so we either had to drive to the store to pick them up or accept one free pizza. I said I would drive in to get our corrected items, but they needed to give us a 2-liter as well. I understand that they are busy and likely understaffed, but you don't hang up on customers when they call in! Also, when I went in to get our food, I witnessed an employee vaping while making food.

If only I could give a minus it would be -10 cause my daughter ordered pizza from this place and now we all are sick upset stomachs and diarrhea!!!!! Nice come on goshen store you can do better but not at the moment!!!
