I ordered online and had a 20-minute drive there after I had ordered. When I arrived, the store was full of people waiting. So it was understandable that I had to wait 25 minutes for my meal. That was good. What's not good is that all my pizzas were not completely cooked. And I ordered the m

They have bad service and are rude to customers and they did not get the order right. I called to sort it and have the pizza as I want. I was polite and everything they did was hanged on me. I don't recommend getting pizza from here.

That's the worst thing I ever had. I've never got an order, but today it was worse than ever. I came at the time when my order was planned and then waited half an hour for my order, which sat on the counter, all the time because the employee remained to serve go into and ignore my request. When I got my pizza, it was freezing and melted. I'm never back in this store and I'm probably never gonna order little Caesars again.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Little Caesar?s on 720 Lincolnway E Goshen, IN 46526 United States, is a flat joke for a restaurant! My wife got a notification on her phone that the food was ready! They waited 30 minutes and always said they didn't have the order. Even if she showed the confirmation message and the place of these little Ceasars! They gave their food to someone else. After another 20 minutes, they wait to give her a free sauce package. They finally come home and they gave her a pizza without whom we ordered! So my wife goes back to clear the problem. After another 30 minutes talking to the employees, they go back to ?fix? the problem. A few minutes later, they see how the employee watch grabs the same pizzas and goes out of the store and goes! My wife's been over there for 1.5 hours to get 2 pizzas! Two! What's going on on earth?! I'm mad at the terrible service, management and stupidity! They must bring their act together! Fire all employees on this layer that are associated with this incident and actually hire people who care about their job and who will sort out this ASAP! This will be the last time I go to these little Ceasars! I also highly recommend ANY to other restaurant for people just because how terrible treated this whole situation was! Also a star is the lowest rating I could give and is WAY too generous for the garbage we? What's going on?

Was in Goshen 2 weeks ago for a funeral. Ordered food and after paying was waiting on the food and noticed order was wrong. Went back to counter and they said they reversed the charges. Took my order again and paid and order was wrong again and they said they reversed the charges. 3rd time order was correct. My big issue now is I was told it would take at least 3-5 business days for money to go back in my account and it has now been 2 weeks and charges came out and were still not returned. I live 4 hrs away so its not like i can just drive over so I call them and no one ever answers! I really would appreciate some help....
