Bidrage med feedbackI have been here several times with my partner and Embers never disappoints. It gets really busy so best to have a booking. Welcoming atmosphere with an extensive food and drinks menu. I'm always astounded by how well their staff are trained it's in the details like warning us the plates are hot, or apologising for a gap between dishes being served. Food is always good and i'll keep coming back.
We went this week with a few gooseberry hill friends to lunch in embers in railway road part of a small shopping center that includes one of the best liking in perth for local and WA wine. embers is licensed, however, so we didn't have to fall there before the hand. interestingly decorated very heavy dark wood dominates so that the place feels a little with sitting opportunities in the interior and on a veranda at the front protected by cafe blinds, since it was one of these 40 grad days, we chose the air cone. the menu is very extensive with a focus on Italian and Mediterranean dishes, but also with a knot to india, South Africa and Thailand. they are also known around the area for their wood-fired pizzas. the weinlist is good together with a selection of WA wines available, including castle rock, millbrook and moss wood we have a bottle of rosé from one of our favorite big South wineries, abbey creek, and it was so good we had another! Seafood Chowder was thick and creamy, well seasoned, with a good amount of delicate seafood and kartoffel swimming around would be a better choice at a cold wintry day I thought, but lady fwo was dame. latino prawns came next sizzling garlic prawns served in a cast iron bowl, bubbling and fizzing, along with a disc or two of krusty brot, to the remains to mop. good garlic levels, but the garnels had a little too long cook and as a result a touch to firm. a minute less and would have been right. the chilimuscheln were plump and juicy swimming in a rich tomato-based sauce, with a good wedge of chopped red chili to season dinge, but although described as hot, the dish was best low medium on my chili scale, but the aromen were good and if the chili zing had been discovered on a tad. on the main, and first to tortellini filled with a mixture of chicken and mandel in a creamy sauce of speck and mushrooms, parmesan also. the pasta was al dente, the mixture moist and juicy, specifically spiced, the sauce very rich in the did. nice dish. my prawn hot pot came as prawn corma, with yogurt and coriander, served with garlic naan. the masala had the right spicy aromas (although quite mild,) creamy and thick, and only the cache to mix with the very good naan. However, the garnels had again slept on the hotplate for too long, and were very firm and chewing. ****, because they were good. Finally, the special of the day prawn salat with Thai aromene looked well on the plate greens with garnelen, with sesame seeds sprinkled and a spatter balsam with an acidic touch the Thai aromen were on point, lacked only in chili heat, but unfortunately again, the plight of the garns broke his head. embers is a friendly place, with a good selection of arranged; I like the wine card too. a bit of fiery to brighten up and brighten up would not hurt the inner, and some attention to cooking times of the seafood would improve everything insurmountable. but for all that, well worth a visit, it was already a whole time, so shows that it is a hit before location.
Used to live in the hills, and this is the favorite place of the region. it's always swinging and it gets loud inside. I'm a big fan of her pizzas and chile.
Embers is a fantastic place. We go quite often and enjoy eating in and take away. at this visit we ordered us to take. the thing I love at embers is their take-down menu has real restaurant dishes on it, not only pizza and pasta. at this visit I ordered the cork cheeks and they were served with maic and devastated greens. the bark cheeks were perfectly cooked and so delicious! my man had pizza and he loved it!
