Village Inn - Goodyear

My experience at this location is terrible. They will take your order and 45 minutes later, they will come out and 'apologize for losing your ticket order. Then they will attempt to try to take your order again. Mind you, this is when you as a customer have to flag someone down to get the status of your order. The morale there is very bad. Not sure if they 're short staffed, but the fact that they lost my order twice, on the last two visits, is enough to call this what it is.... Please do not visit this location. go get a donut, a bagel, or a full meal somewhere where your dollar and time are welcomed and appreciated.

When we travel we always find one near us. Always clean, great staff. We share the french toast 2 pieces for each of us) bacon and two eggs. They will be happy to bring you an extra plate so you can share your breakfast with your breakfast companion. These have been around for years...we never get tired of of eating there. Lunches, brunches dinner...I highly recommend.

Went there for their fish fry on a Friday night. It was surprisingly good! Fish was nicely battered and fried, very light. Fries were cooked perfectly and tasty. The cole slaw had just the right amount of tang. We had a waitress that clearly hasn't done serving before but she was as sweet as could be. I feel so bad for restaurants these days, it's tough to find servers with experience. If their attitude is good and they are really trying I leave the big tip regardless. It's such a thankless job.

This review is for the Goodyear, Az location. Today we had a great experience, it was a Saturday morning around 9:30 am when we arrived. Very few cars in the parking lot which almost scared us away because we were afraid that the restaurant might be so bad that no one would eat there... we decided to take a chance and I'm glad did. The restaurant was pretty clean, all of the employees were nice, our waitress was great and best of all the food was really good. Also, just after we were seated the restaurant got much busier.

Great customer service. Very friendly. Great food. Deliciously freshly brewed coffee. Highly recommend. Will be back soon. Thanks for the great service and fluffy pancakes.
