Papa Johns - Goodyear

Last night at 7:30pm, my party paid $65 for a meal that we were told would arrive in 30 minutes. However, it did not arrive until close to 10pm. When we tried to call the restaurant to inquire about the delay, no one answered. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, poorly prepared, and extremely disappointing. We contacted the manager, Tony, today to express our dissatisfaction and request a refund or credit, but were told that nothing could be done. It is disappointing to receive such poor service and subpar food after spending double the expected amount. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

I recently visited this restaurant and the service was exceptional. At busy weekends, there may be a short wait to be attended to, but the staff is always friendly. The online ordering system is very efficient and accurate. The pizza is consistently delicious and the restaurant has a spacious layout, perfect for larger groups.

The pizza made me extremely sick, I ordered at 12 o'clock and since then I threw myself up. it was the only thing I had to eat today and his 18 o'clock and I still don't feel good. I should have known it wasn't good as the pizza looked. it was very doughy and seemed understated. the supplier was very sweet!

I only have my pizza, it's still raw, they want to send another one I'm good. I wish I didn't pay any money.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER!!!I am not the type to write a review or complain but this experience was out of line. The manager is unprofessional at best. I ordered my food online and was sent an email confirming 35 min delivery. I was patient but after an hour I still hadn't received my delivery so I called in to see what was going on. The manager told me that he was going to call the delivery driver but did not because I did ask. At this time I was still on hold. I opened my box and my pizza was soggy and cold. I called the store back on another line and told the manager I was the person he left on hold and let him know that my pizza was soggy and cold. Mind you this was the stuffed crust cheese pizza. I asked for some reimbursement for my pizza which was cold and soggy and the managers attitude took a change for the worst. I asked if he was the manager and if I could get his name. He refused. I asked for a corp number and he said it in a childlike taunting tone loud and high pitched. I asked him to repeat the number because i was only able to catch the first 4 numbers due to the way he said it and he refused and hung up on me. Last but not least the first 4 numbers he provided me wasn't even the close to the number i found online for corporate office.
