Macayo's Mexican Food - Goodyear

We went to celebrate Macayo's 76th anniversary. 10 chimichangas were advertised. Pico de Gallo, sour cream, cheese are on as toppings on every advertisement. When we got to the table, the waitress said every one of those toppings will be .76 a piece! I was floored. We told her the picture that was in the lobby had all the toppings with a 10 sign on it. Definitely false advertising. Ended up getting the grande chimichanga with all the fixings and rice and beans for about

Spent a fun Thursday evening here. 1st Thursday night door ball game! Service was great and the classic margarita was tasty and powerful). I had the California burrito which was huge), I couldn?t finish it. My wife had the Fiesta salad. Check out the pics I?ve posted of it. We sat in the bar area to watch the game. It was clean and a fun atmosphere. See you next visit!

My family has been going to Macayo's for a long time. We like the relaxed atmosphere as opposed to loud bar grill type places. The portions and prices good. It's family friendly. The staff is always good, usually great. ????

We were seated almost immediately, and sat for 45 listening to our server give multiple excuses to the table behind us, but she never even acknowledged we were there. We did get drink around 20 minutes in that an amazing busser brought us. She really needs a promotion as she was extremely professional. I have been to Macayo's several times and hope this is an exception not the rule. We did end up taking our celebration dinner to another restaurant where the service is

Took advantage of their appetizer happy hour and fed our hungry crew with 3 teenagers for only $41... I tipped based on full price, especially since we were treated like the only customers in the restaurant. This is one of go to places for dinner, but a first for the happy hour. We will always return. (Not seen in the photo was the triple dips of guacamole, spinach cheso, and tomatillo salsa.
