Subway - Goodlettsville

This was the best Subway I have ever been to. Took customer service very seriously. Would highly recommend.

One of the best subways I've had in a long time. The sandwich was made nicely and they didn't hold back on the portions. The owners were very friendly too.

Ordered lemonade on the app but it wasn’t available in store when I came to pick up my order. I asked for a refund on the drink and the cashier said she couldn’t give me one and I need to get something else. After going back and forth she eventually let me get the bottled lemonade in the fridge. It’s not the customer fault your store is not stocked up on items you have available on the app. I’ve been the kinder subways. RUDE

I ordered on Uber eats. The bread was as if it was on display all day. It looks good and fresh but far from it. Stop playing with people food. We hungry but not this hungry to eat just anything you throw out the door. Ask for extra banana peppers and it must have translated to less. I got like 2. Just cause we're not there to watch you make it doesn't mean you have to treat us like that.

They are always great at this location. The last time we went in they had improved the inside of the store like new.
