Arby's - Goodlettsville

The vibe in this restaurant was very relaxing people were so patient with the staff that you could tell was short staffed but everyone saw the employees that were there hard at work serving hor fresh food. Good

I ordered a double roast beef combo, waited over 30 minutes. Never received my food, the staff refused to help. I left without ever getting my food.

This location is barely hanging on. I was the ONLY one in the drive through. It took 20 plus minutes of sitting in the parking lot to get my food, no one pulled up behind me. It took them 20 minutes for one order and my order was NOT even correct! This location should be shut down.

Ended up getting old Arby's sauce from the dining room and tasted like thousand island dressing and ruined my double roast beef sandwich frys were crusty and also old ...this Arby's want be going back too..

Overall just go somewhere else reallyPersonally the food is okay but the service isn't, with that said I wouldn't come backThe manager I assume store manager as she had a red shirt on vs everyone else in black was just so rude took me 15 minutes to pay since she up and walked away with some guy before my transaction was completed, my food was good but cold so freshness is not guaranteed, my fry cups were half empty, I've gone to other Arby's and they are always on point with everything.Add to this I had to wait another few minutes to get my cups since the lady didn't give me any when I ordered, I couldn't get any ketchup for my fries either as the condiments thing was taken apart for unknown reasons and wasn't put back together until after I finished my food.On top of all this I saw her and a few others just hanging out phones out and got back to it but nobody washed their hands, that's gross.The cherry on top is how some random customer was hanging out with employees and a small child was just wandering barefoot into the employees only area, like is that even safe?The looks of this place do not resemble it's service or quality. Don't be fooled just go somewhere else.
