Starlite Espresso Cafe - Gonzales

I visited this little Cafe years ago and again recently. It is just as quaint as I remember. Great atmosphere, food is good. Sandwiches, soups, daily specials and a drink bar.

Delicious Breakfast! Did not disappoint!! Had a NOLA Omelette…loaded with crab cake (and shrimp! , Gouda cheese atop, wonderful grits on the side! Coffee was delicious too! There was a tempting chocolate ganache in the display…hard to pass up!

I wish I had taken pictures. I got the French deal with potatoes and eggs and what not. Amazing. My wife got a shrimp wrap with tons of fresh flavor. French toast is the best I've had due to them not over sweetening and cooking perfectly with high quality bread. This is how breakfast should be done. It's sad that I've waited so long to come here.

Quick tasty coffee, bright and colorful interior. Lots of space with nice atmosphere. Many flavor add-ins.
