Mexican Grill Rio Verde - Gonzales

Normally I use DoorDash to order food and I love the food. This was first time dining in and overall experience was pleasant. The only issue was that server messed up couple of orders but manager was very helpful and correct the order in timely manner.

I usually get awesome food and service. This time I ordered via door dash and they completely messed up my order. Super frustrating considering the wait and cost. Probably will try somewhere else that checks their orders before sending them out the door.

Everything was under seasoned and just OK overall. Would not return.

Maybe dinning in is better. Honestly we ordered the family taco night dinner. All the tortillas were stuck together and would not come apart. We did not receive any guacamole. We did received the green sauce that was so hot my son almost threw up. The portions received for 4 people were really small. Except the tomatoes we were given a large container of those. The chicken was not really seasoned and very hard to chew. The queso, was separate from the family meal… as very sour. Could be the ch … – show

The service was gr8. Our server Pearla did an excellent job, making sure everything was spot on!!! Very courteous professional. The food was delicious. I will share with family friends, will return!!!
