Mcdonald's - Gonzales

The employees who work here are so rude and ugly to their customers. No customer service at all! Stopped in on 08/11 around 9am. After sitting at the drive thru speaker for ten mins without a single acknowledgment of my existence I finally said “hello” and was told “I’m the only one here if you don’t like that you can just drive off” They need to fire the entire staff ASAP! It takes ZERO effort to be nice to someone. I would have been more than understanding, but to be flat out ugly to your customers for no reason makes no sense!

It's basically a standard McDonald's. The food is average, the lobby is clean, and front counter service is good. Kiosks make ordering quick and easy.

Long wait time at the drive thru 5+ mins, slow service

To start…..the inside of the building smelled like a dumpster. Absolutely nasty. The advertised special kit jar mcflurry was just a regular ol plain McFlurry with some crumbled Kit Kat pieces on top. What a rip off

I wish I could give no stars. This is one of the worst McDonalds I've been too. When I pulled up there were 6 cars waiting to order. It took 10 mins before the first car moved up the car infront of me backed up and left. When I approached the order box it played a recording and then nothing for five minutes. I finally started saying hello hello before someone answered. I placed my order and pulled up behind the truck that was in front of me. After 10 minutes someone came to the window and you can hear him yelling that the food they gave him was cold. This whole time the other cars waiting hadn't moved from the order box no one pulled in behind us. 4 minutes later they handed him a bag and after checking it they handed it back saying the fries are cold. At this point I backed out and drove ACROSS THE STREET to burger king placed and order and got my food in 3 minutes.
