Chili's Grill - Goldsboro

Ordered to go. Told would be 15 min. 30 min later had just started on part of my order. Finally said just give me everything else refund that and when checking order they left something else out. Bathroom smelled of pot. Server was nice. Mgmt could have cared less. Won't be back.

Server was great,but the 2 hours we waited for a couple simple orders was uncalled for. Including us 6 people in the entire restaurant

I love the wings at this place! The burgers are massive too! Highly recommended!

Do better chilis. You have employees screaming and cursing and saying racial slurs from the back that can be heard from the dining area. Couldn’t even have a conversation without hearing any of that.

Went to Chili's for dinner. I hadn't been there in a while. It used to be our favorite place to go but had gone downhill over the last few years. I was very pleasantly surprised as everything was way better this time around. The manager, Dana, was amazing. She took great care of me and later my wife when she showed up a bit later. With people like Dana there, the place is in good hands, and I look forward to going back.
