Barnacle Bill - Golden Grove

Always amazing quality. Great seafood in a good location. Combine this with very good service and it will be a favorite.

How can you go wrong with a hot lunch for $10. We'll be back. A piece of fish, golden chips, shrimp salad, Coleslaw and Wetare presented on a rectangle plate, plus a soft drink is a good value. A large piece of fish art would shimmer the interior. Recommended.

A lot of what you would expect from Barnacle Bill, which is a comfort. The food was fresh and delicious and hot. They had some previous bad experiences with this and had not visited quite a time, but they seem to have taken up their act. Much better.

Pretty simple dining company specializes in fried stuff, simple service, just everything, but quite right. Tartar Sauce has a fat and soap flavor and Coleslaw is marginal ok. The rest of the food is pretty good.

We have always found the seafood excellent from here, however, their chips really let them down as far as we are concerned.. They are usually soggy, I asked for them to be well done several times to try and get the chips a bit more palatable.. no go.. a real shame..
