Randhawa's Indian Cuisine- Hope Island

We have sampled two other Indian restaurants in Hope Island since our move here earlier this year, but were left disappointed by both. However, our experience at Randhawa's tonight was fantastic. The service over the phone and upon pick-up was excellent, with a friendly lady even accommodating our order right before closing time. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes and could not find any faults. Even my picky husband agreed that it was very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

I have never felt so worthless when eating out before. It felt like I paid $90 to be treated with hostility and rudeness by the waiting staff, rather than hospitality. The waitress didn't ask simple questions about our meals, but instead just assumed and didn't provide any updates on our food order. Despite there being only two tables in the restaurant, we waited for an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, the waitress slammed the plates down without making eye contact or explaining what we were served. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

Poor service. stifling hot. air con was either broken or not existent. plastic curtains kept the heat in and the brittle. Buffet was half empty and only a court at the hour that we were there. we asked for water because of the heat and we received half a carafe between 5 adults. less than half a glass. we tried to order drinks, but after 15 minutes on the call desk. the grinding times were over salty and oily. do not make the mistake to go here

Awful service. We ordered take away delivered from Randhawa's and they took 2 and a half hours to get it to us when we live about 15 minutes away. My husband called them after about 2 hours and the lady who answered the phone just laughed and said oh yes we're very busy when he told her it had been 2 hours. The food was definitely not worth the wait! The butter chicken was very sweet and hardly authentic, and the naan was very dry and a very small serve. Very, very poor service, will never order from here again.

Jackie. Service is the worst ever. young girls that are only interested in taking orders and clearing plates. Had onion baghi to share undercooked inside but nice sauces that accompanied it. Had 2 chicken dishes the chicken in the korma was raw and when called the waitress she tried to tell me that it was cooked, but when my hubby said no its raw she took it away and got a cooked korma.. was not asked if we would like anything else like dessert or coffee. when paying waitress asked how our meal was,our reply was very ordinary and to that no response. Would not return and at $70 for 1 starter and 2 main courses i thought was very expensive for what it was. Would not return.
