Bidrage med feedbackI visited McDonald's drive-thru at 7:30 am on 4-11-20, despite not usually going to McDonald's. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I waited at least 5 minutes before ordering and was very specific with my order, but everything was wrong, including my coffee order. I received pancakes without butter or cutlery to eat them with, and was then told to park and wait for 2 incorrect orders. The staff serving and bringing out the food were rude and unfriendly, appearing angry to even be there. It's understandable to make mistakes, but the way they treated customers was unacceptable. This experience was a nightmare, and I will not be returning to McDonald's again. I would rather go hungry than be treated so poorly.
My wife and I stopped by a restaurant for a quick snack and bathroom break on our way home. We ordered a Happy Meal and two $1 hamburgers. Despite the staff appearing busy, it took longer than expected to receive our food. Many customers were waiting in line, and the service seemed disorganized. By the time we got home, our food was not just lukewarm, but cold. We had to microwave our burgers, and they tasted like cardboard. It was surprising that the food took so long to make and still wasn't served hot. We have experienced quicker service at other restaurants. When we left, there were still several customers waiting for their orders, and the drive-thru had multiple cars waiting as well.
If you are after average food, under filled drinks and never receiving napkins with your drive through order, then you have come to the right place. If you have kids who need to use the bathroom, and want them to experience the dirtiest smelliest toilets around, then you have come to the right place. This franchise should be stripped of the McDonalds good name pathetic.
Spent a week at the Broadwater Caravan Park with some friends as our children were all playing soccer for the week long competition. The boys challenge, to attend maccas everyday for their fix. Of course the parents get roped in too, on a couple of occasions. Can't believe maccas would like a review, the food is the same where ever you go, the coffee varies, depending on the skill of the staff member behind the machine and I believe that with a large family such as ours, it's not great value. But you know what your going to get each time you go, a bit reassuring I guess.
I came to order ice latte coffee without sugar this morning at 10:20 am . It s a little bit busy at that moment . I saw the lady staff fell the cup of ice on the table and used her hand to sweep the ices back to the cup . I was doubting that my ice latte cup was that one so I waited and observed her work . I was waiting about 10minutes . My turn came and exactly she didn’t use another cup , she used that cup again and called me to pick it up . I had been observing her work at the beginning so I certainly asked her to change the new coffee because I knew the table got a lot of bacterias . She and the man who were working at the same shift agreed to change but the man was thinking I was a baby . He took my coffee inside for 2 minutes and brang it back (It was the same one and said that was the new coffee changed and said “Sorry about that “ . The coffee that he handed me was too sweet (I had already ordered no sugar . It s very horrible staffs who made the Mc cafe worst and worst . I think the manager and boss need to consider the way of staffs training to build customers for Mc cafe better and better . Me and my wife are regular customers of Mc cafe . Every Mc cafe is good but the ways serving customers at Australia fairs Mc cafe made me disappointed . Hopefully the boss will have good training for staffs in the coming days to serve customers better and better ! Best regards, Liem Nguyen
