Bidrage med feedbackI must say that I am a fan of a good Italian pizza with super thick and fluffy “crust” and thin lower middle part and lets the teig rise for the right time. the pizza at freddys is not so, more of an American pizza, but also not really haha. the crust is thin, the floor also, the teig plays no important role here, it is lined with a ton of dingen. in this case this is positiw I had similar experiences before, with less tupfern the teig would be boring, and somehow tasteless. but I had many vegan options to choose from (besides sweet naturally. they have vegan cheese and various faux meats), which they can rarely find in this opposite. I decided to have a variation that I never have on an Italian pizza (so they feel that it does not try to copy a classic and fails completely) broccoli, red plank, garlic, vegan chop meat, simply w cheese and arugula on the top (last is my standard, I must admit) the pizza was generously loaded and hearty in taste. I liked this special combo and was happy not to choose a margherita or other classic Italian pizza. Therefore, at least if it is a lover of the original high quality Italian pizza (which might need a bit tomaten and olive oil and everything else is optional, causal the teig is so good) then choose a crazy combo here (here not with spagel, veganes huhn and grill sauce haha) :
