This restaurant like all the others in the village seemed closed at night we were there. It came as a wonderful surprise. An authentic French liking atmosphere, good choice of local beer, quite close menu choice (but it matched us . Very welcoming (good work we speak French and Flemish, but the staff did not seem to know a word of it! Fast service. The meal was delicious and we thought it was very good inexpensive. Would return.

This was recommended by our hotel (Monts et Merveilles) and what a recommendation! large local menu, extensive selection of local beers, and a very entertaining host

I don't know what the name of the menu is and order for lunch on Sunday type of beef stew n frits; the frits is one of the best really delicious and good; the beef the sauce incredible for you to try...

Magnifique estaminet dans toute sa splendeur Accueil sympa par le patron du lieu - cuisine flamande de qualité - le potjevlesh est génial - du fait maison - les bières sont excellentes ma femme a mangé un pavé - un grand moment - viande d'origine locale - frites fraiches - tout y est ....Merci pour ce moment au coeur des Flandres Un repère pour les amateurs de spécialités flamandes et les bons vivants

Étions un groupe de 30. Apéro servi dans la cour ombragée.Repas très bon, rien à dire.Et à la fin, on peut jouer avec de vieux jeux flamands, dont celui de la grenouille.En revanche, accueil moyen et on est mis à la porte à 22h30 : franchement dommage...
