Worst service at a mcdonald’s, I visited this mcdonald’s twice today and both paints without getting food. I run a fireworks stand from this place on the road, so I took a break to dinner for my crew at 5 o'clock went through the drive thru to the loudspeaker and sat no welcome for 5 minutes, I must not take their order, I have nothing after 5 minutes, so I went and went to braus them more than happy to help me and take my order. at the end of the day I decided to try again, as I sleep in the tent and I usually get tacoglocke. but they were closed reception lkw, so there were 10:50 pm so that I decided to give mcdonalds another attempt, I moved back to the loudspeaker another as there was another car sat in the first track, and I sit for 5 minutes again and I noticed the car that was there before I didn't move too. So, I'm moving into the window and ask for the manager, jolene was her name and asked her if she was the same manager who was there at 5 o'clock and she confirmed it, she was in the service at that time. so I went without eating. mr. lane, this manager is not fit to manage one of their restaurants, I would recommend a replacement. she cost her at least $75 today from me and who knows how much more of the lack of service to other customers. I would not recommend to visit this restaurant because of the lack of service I received.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I don't know who leads this place, but I was 30 minutes for a simple mcdouble. then, when I came to the window, I had to move into a stall to wait even longer. it was 3 o'clock! in the meantime I saw several customers returning their order, which was wrong. after approx. 45 minutes I finally got my sandwich and guess what? it wasn't clear. do it well! If I were not so hurry, I would have reclaimed my money! what a sweat!
