Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Goddard

Delicious. Blake served us our ice cream and he was sooo nice and made them all very perfect. We are lucky to have a Braums in Goddard and Blake. ????

Stop here twice for breakfast. Good for the price and the portions are good. Friendly staff and the restaurant is clean.

Never get my order , things get forgotten, ask for sweet tea, get unsweet tea. Also, not just Braums but the industry in general, so Iguarantee, 90% of people will tell you that 's it constantly asking if that is all, your customer is annoyed before any interaction with your employees, that phrase is not courtesy, it 's basically rushing your customer. Don 't get fixated on quantity, focus on each order, get it right. That 's what brings people back. Don 't add to their stress of the day. Train your folks to empathize. Everyone has had a long day by dinner time.

I have submitted hundreds of reviews over the last few years placing me in the top 10%. I always attempt to say something positive or give a good review.... the food quality was fine and the building was clean. Unfortunately the heavy set assistant manager was horrible to the young staff. To have a close door meeting is one thing, but to Treat the staff like that in the view of the public is unacceptable

When you ask for only chicken and cheese, and have to wait 10 mins ????
