Gasthaus Kolnbreinstuberl

Ci trovavamo sulla diga per un escursione durante un tour dell'Austria in moto. Abbiamo deciso di provare questa baita molto carina per uno spuntino. Un bel tagliere misto affettati e formaggi ed una fetta di strudel di mele e mirtilli.Il tutto annaffiato da buone birre.

Was already there the 2nd time and will come back again. This place is particularly special because the sun stays there much longer. All other places are already in the shade late afternoon.Today I had Wiener Schnitzel with a Salad and a beer. Unfortunately the beer is Murauer and I would prefer the ones from Carinthia - much more fruity. My wife had the daily special home made lamp and was enticed. We finished off with an exquisite Kaiserschmarrn. It's important to know that kitchen closes at 5 pm during the week.

We visited this restaurant after we had visited the dam. Service is good and friendly. The menu offers a good choice of typical Austrian dishes. Prices quality ratio is good. And then the view from the terrace...that view is priceless!
