Burger Star - Gloucester

The restaurant has rebranded to Burger Master, but the food and service are still top-notch. They serve the best burgers you'll ever taste.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, the customer service is always amazing and greatly appreciated. It doesn't matter what day it is. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

My partner and I visited Burgerstar in Gloucester. I ordered a cheeseburger without tomatoes, and the server noted this on the box and reiterated it when she brought me the meal. However, when we arrived home and I opened my burger, I discovered that it had tomatoes on it. It seems that the chef did not pay attention to my request.

I visited a burgerstern at the weekend. I was greeted by a very welcoming well-manned girl. the food was quickly served was very delicious. I was uncertain what burger I wanted, but I was advised about the most popular burger and. what I extras in the situation, in what was very helpful. very polite experience and will return again. great service, good food. burger star

I used to eat here most weekends before going out drinking but the last few visits were poor customer service staff were more concerned with their mobile phones rather than serving plus while food was being prepared I could see the young girl eating salad...and chips stood by the fryer without a care of who saw, this was very off putting and the fact the staff needed to pull out the electrics on the milkshake machine to turn it on, and the girl was telling us that she shouldn’t have to do so, it was a disgusting warm shake but I won’t make that mistake again. The front seating area needs a good clean but tables were wiped. I still love burger star but unfortunately I have to travel a little further to Cheltenham to get good food, as in the Gloucester one I honestly find it depends who is serving you depends on the quality of food or service. When lady manager and the male supervisor were on I always had great food and service but the young ones there are very rude and don’t even brush their hair or wear the correct uniform ie hats aprons.
