Red Swan Pizza - Gloucester

My only complaint here is the inconsistency of the crust on the bottom. It was thinner in some spots which made for a soggy slice. Being new this could be lack of experienced and should improve with experience. Good flavour and great prices. Will return in a couple of weeks.

New Indian style pizza store with variety of pizza. I ordered butter panner pizza there was very less quantity of paneer on the pizza, very little amount of peppers.. though it was very soft in texture but toppings were not enough. Will recommend adding more toppings to the pizza. Also, I have tried their pizza in Toronto Brampton Hamilton) it was full of toppings and taste..!

Omg! I love Indian-fusion pizza and Red Swan does it soooo well. Their pickup specials are amazing! You can get a 2-toppings XL pizza for $12.95. I got regular crust, butter sauce and half butter chicken with spinach and half tandoori chicken with red peppers. This pizza was so delicious! Easily the best Indian-fusion pizza I've ever had. The pizza was so flavourful. The meats were tender and lean. I asked for no sesame seeds on the crust and this was no problem at all. I also got a regular non-fusion pizza for my nieces who are kids. (Half double pepperoni and half double ham, with green olives, which is a free topping by the way, on both sides. Yep one kid only eats pepperoni and the other kid only eats ham, but they both love olives, go figure). Anyway, the pizzas at Red Swan seem to be very well done to the point that the cheese is practically brown. I like this, but the kids, not so much, lol. They like their cheese still white like at Domino's, lol. I had a slice of their pizza and it was good, but not out of this world like the butter chicken pizza. They have so many toppings, including paneer and not just one type of paneer, but a few different types. If you love Indian-fusion pizza, you have to try it at Red Swan! Staff were super nice and friendly. The pizzas took 20 minutes. I love Red Swan Pizza!!

Wow, my tastebuds have been totally blown away tonight after trying Red Swan Pizza. Sorry other pizza joints, move on over! The hubs called out for a large double cheese pizza tonight, normal crust, with two dipping sauces. A cheddar jalapeno and garlic dipping sauce. We both were not very hungry to begin with, but we have been waiting what seemed to be forever to try this pizza joint, and I didn't feel like cooking dinner, so its a win win! It was ready in about 15 minutes and I am pretty sure we devoured it in 2 minutes. Honestly, If I knew ahead of time how good this pizza was, I would have ordered an additional pizza....and kept it all to myself (lol). I did not want to share at all, it was that good! A large fed 2 not so hungry adults and 1 kid, but we weren't stuffed. If you are really hungry I'd consider getting at least 2 pizzas...trust me. The crust is so light, and flavorful, especially with the sesame seeds. The sauce is a tad sweet, and was plentiful on the pizza. There was also another spice in the sauce that really stood out and I cannot for the life of me put my finger on it. It was unique and different from a lot of the other pizza joints in Ottawa. The double helping of cheese was generous and good quality. The hubs did request green olives on half the pizza, which is a free topping, but they forgot, which in the end was fine by me, because the pizza was perfect as is. I am also a sucker for dipping sauces, and find they tend to save the pizza, but I found my self not needing any at all because the pizza was THAT GOOD! The pizza did have some flop to it (see pics) but it firmed up as the pizza cooled down. No biggie. Red Swan has so many unique pizzas, I can't wait to try them all, but the double cheese may just be my go to. You can also customize your crust. Keto? gluten free? no sesame seeds? Wow what a hidden gem! The pizza was 10/10 and the sesame seed crust is such a delicious add on! I love that the dough and cheese is all local too! We tried two of the most popular pizzas bbq chicken and spicy perogy and both were delicious!! I will definitely be back to try a few more as they have 40 pizza kinds to choose from! This place is a must try if you are in the area! DELICIOUS and totally on point! Wish we lived closer!!
