McDonald's - Gloucester

I order BLT large fries they don’t understand it I said it 3 times on the counter but still, they don’t know and poutine and we also want medium water BUT THEY DIDN’T give us any water then we drive away when I check the paper bag THERE’S NO FORK FOR POUTINE like what they wanted me to eat poutine w/ hands!?

Whenever we visit McDonald's, the hamburger and fries are always served barely warm. The burger patty is cooler than expected, making for a disappointing dining experience. This issue persists at every location we visit, despite the use of coupons to lower the price. Overall, the food quality does not match the cost.

We decided to grab a quick lunch at this restaurant. It appeared to be quite busy, and we suspected that there might have been a visit from a health inspection team. The service was quick, but unfortunately, the Angus Burgers we ordered were overcooked and the buns were dry.

First time at this location. My wife tried using her APP but was having a problem. Went to cashier to see if we could get some help with the APP. the cashier was very pleasant and understanding. She said no worries have a manager who is a specialist with that. The manager came out, so pleasant, funny as hell and so very understanding. Showed us how to use the APP, we had a great time with him. Then we surprised to be called guest number for our order, which was a pleasant way of referring to the customers. On top of that they bring your food to the table so you dont need to stand around. The food was very good, service was excellent and the place for a busy Mcdonald's was very clean. We are going to make this the only Mcdonalds we use from now on

We stopped at this restaurant and sat at the order board for 10 minutes with nobody acknowledging we were there. So we drove up to the window thinking perhaps there was a problem. When my husband said I think your system is not working the person at the window answered no your just impatient and slammed the window shut. We will now go to A&W where there are pleasant employees.
