Captain Carlo's - Gloucester

Avoid this place at all costs. Went there for lunch today with some friends and placed our orders for takeout. One item I ordered was the lobster roll. When I got home I discovered it was cold pieces of lobster on top of the role with no mayonnaise lettuce or any of the fixings. I called and spoke to Carlton who told me to stop by later and they would provide a replacement. About a half hour later Carlton called me back and told me that Rose, the manager, would not provide a replacement lobster roll. Instead if I wanted to stop by they would give me a piece of lettuce. EAT ANYWHERE ELSE. Shame on this business for deceiving customers.
